Receptionist Job


One of Kenya’s leading professional services firms is looking for a receptionist, who can instantly make clients and visitors feel welcome and attended to.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated receptionist to demonstrate her organisational ability and polished people skills.
Requirements
  • In the range of a minimum of 3 to 5 years plus   experience – in a reputable company or organisation. Should be mature and ideally have a diploma in business administration or secretarial studies.
  • Should have knowledge of standard secretarial — receptionist practices and should be fully computer literate with proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Understanding and knowledge of teleconferencing phone facilities combined with a Zen like attention to detail.
  • Charming personality so that the minute someone walks in the door they feel welcomed and can know that their needs are being addressed.
  • Energetic “can do” attitude to work with excellent oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and deal with people from varied backgrounds.
  • Ability to establish and maintain office records and files, and multi task on other office duties as required. Capable of performing a variety of tasks with constantly changing priorities for different members of the staff.
Remuneration
The monthly salary would be dependent on experience and qualifications – where there is also a benefits package.
