Total Tanzania is active across the whole petroleum product supply chain (service station network, general retail, lubricants, aviation fuels, bitumen & Bonjour Shops).
Total Tanzania is looking to recruit Young Graduate Trainees from diverse team of professionals. The trainees will join a diverse team of professional in delivering high quality products to customers and long term value to shareholders, initially, the trainees will undergo a six (6) months training program. Thereafter, the training contract could be renewed subject to individual overall performance up to eighteen (18) months.
The programme is an opportunity for them to discover working life through a genuine hands-on professional experience and gain an insight into how an international company operates.
Selected applicants will be given an opportunity to participate in an exchange program outside the country. At the end of the training program, the trainees will be evaluated for permanent employment within the company depending on availability of opportunity. Eligibility

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Actively participate in IT Risk and Assurance engagements
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
  • Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
  • Support in the preparation of reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
  • Actively contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining IT Risk and Assurance professionals
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The IT Risk & Assurance Staff should hold a First class or at least a minimum of a second upper bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information systems, Telecommunication engineering etc
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, MCP, Oracle, CISA, CISM, CISSP are desirable and a great advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language is a plus);
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services.
  • Computer literacy i.e. User level IT (Ms Office)working knowledge

Prospective candidates must be aged between 20-31 years and must be holders of a degree from recognised institutions preferably in the following fields: Aeronautical Engineering, Geospatial Information, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Foreign Languages, Architecture, Political Science, Philosophy, International Relations, Sociology, Counselling, Education, Law, Criminology and Environmental Studies.

Holders of Diploma or Degree in aeronautical engineering, aviation, fleet management, forensic science, and counselling must have at least 3 years’ working experience.

All candidates must be Kenyan citizens with no criminal record, and are physically fit. The candidates will undergo a training programme after which, they will be deployed in various functions according to their individual competence.

Duties & Responsibilities
·         Interpretation of architectural, structural, civil and electro-mechanical drawings and sketches
·         General project management and site supervision including time and quality control
·         Preparation and/or supervision of project valuations, variation notices and final accounts
·         Approval/vetting of building materials and technologies for the best execution of projects and at the most reasonable costs
·         Supervision and liaison with project managers in regard to effective use of materials and technologies together with building a strong construction team, equipment capacity and suppliers base.
·         Take all site/project minutes, dissemination and the subsequent follow up
