Key Responsibilities

  • Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

We are looking for qualified and experienced personnel to fill in various positions in a voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) demand creation Study.
The study is a cluster-randomized controlled trial whose object is to better understand what would make more men aged 25 years and above to go for VMMC services.
The study will be conducted in Siaya, Kisumu, Homabay and Migori Counties in Nyanza province.

Our client an International Law Firm based in Nairobi is looking for a Research and Data Officer to prepare comprehensive research on clients and potential client companies.

Key Responsibilities:
·                     Provides network and firm lawyers with key information and analysis on existing and potential client’s businesses and legal needs.
·                     Helps articulate qualitative interpretations that enable the attorneys to have a more competitive edge in the RFP process.
·                     Strategizes cross - selling activities by providing charts and spread sheets in city-focused, geographical, company tree or other customized format.
·                     Creates, maintains and updates extensive collection of all networks.
·                     Perform data and content entry for the firm’s marketing systems.
·                     Evaluates potential business and competitive intelligence.

Key Qualifications:
·                     Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 
·                     Must have 2+ years previous experience in marketing and business development, donor research or law library consulting. 
·                     Excellent written and verbal skills.

Purpose: Responsible for data entry and management of data gathered within and outside the clinic.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications and competencies

Data Entry Clerk Job in Nairobi Kenya

Function: Monitoring and Evaluation

Location: KickStart HQ Office - Nairobi

Type of Contract: 6 months with possibility to renew

Role Purpose: Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in ensuring that all pump end –users’ information is captured at the point of sale and the data is entered into the designated guarantee forms ERP database.

Scope of Role:

Reports to: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Staff directly reporting to this post: None

Works with: IME and Sales Team

Key Areas of Accountability:
·                     Ensure that all guarantee forms from the field are collected, delivered to the office, and data is entered and summarized in time,
·                     Ascertain that data collected using the above tools is consistently correct and ensure all guarantee forms have genuine and unique pump serial numbers through an instant auto-detect ERP system,
·                     Enter all data collected through the above tools in the designated database with regular cleaning to ensure data uniformity,
·                     Prepare and submit monthly pump sales breakdown per Sales Rep, for computation of the monthly commissions,
·                     Produce ad hoc reports from the Guarantee Forms database that may be required from time to time by various stakeholders,
·                     Perform very clear analysis of household survey data, ensuring timely data entry and cleaning.
·                     Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience
·                     A Certificate in any Agricultural related field, diploma is an added advantage
·                     One year experience in data entry gained in a research oriented or relevant organization

We are seeking a Procurement Data Entry Clerk to help us manage the information flow at the Procurement Department at OAF.
The role would require the individual to process procurement requests, create filing processes, ensure timely payments; conduct and quality check all data entry and provide excellent service to the various departments in OAF.
The department is growing fast within One Acre Fund and there are opportunities for a strong performing clerk to quickly move into an analyst position. Primary Duties of the Procurement Data Entry Clerk
  • Develop and execute filing systems for the procurement department for invoices, quotations, receipts and other documentation;
