Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the person will be responsible for the business development and execution of Uwezo Microfinance Banks business strategy.
As a business development manager, this position will be responsible for building up a business through gaining new customers and accounts.

Create, Implement and manage the Sacco brand strategy.

Job Summary:

Job Description
Tubura is looking for one exceptional critically minded person to manage our training and education operations in the field. Due to Tubura's rapid growth rate, our team needs an accomplished leader to strengthen our capacity in all areas to meet this growth, including farmer recruitment, retention, policy, procedures, staff development, team relations, and training. We want someone that is able to fulfill this vision while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.Please note that this vision requires complex numerical and logistical problem solving abilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Ÿ   Vetting, managing, and mentoring of field staff:
Ÿ   Establish and train strong teams to build operational capacity, including hiring, training and managing field team leaders in Tubura,
Ÿ   Mentoring your team to ensure their professional development, standardizing and improving staff development materials across sites (including computer trainings) and ensuring that all staff have the opportunity to enroll in high quality training programs specific to their role and skill level,
Ÿ   Creating complex data systems and mathematically means testing our operations to ensure economic efficiency and organizational sustainability, and
Ÿ   Ensuring that team relations remain one of our strongest points as an organization.
Qualifications
Ÿ   Top performing academic background (must have at least a master’sdegree in anexact science)
Ÿ   At least 2 years of solid working experience in administration, resource mobilization, and/or community mobilization
Ÿ   Must have proven leadership experience at individual and team levels; i.e. must have held a leadership position managing at least five people for a minimum 6 months
Ÿ   Driver's license is nice to have as this positions requires a significant extent of individual travel between field teams
