Job Description

To help us do this, we are looking for problem seekers.

The Role:

• You will spend half of your days talking to potential customers, from everyday people in the streets to owners of businesses…and possibly corporate titans. You will identify what people do, think, believe,
• Buy and why. You will also determine what their most pressing problems are and how they are currently
• Solving those problems. You will also be part of testing prototypes and new products with potential
• Customers, assessing their preferences and collecting their feedback.
• The other half of your time will be spent with our Product Managers. You will share with them what
• You've learnt from potential customers. This will help them understand how to best build solutions that
• Solve our potential customer’s problems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Interviews
• Collect & collate interview results
• Present findings, write reports
• Assist with product development and testing

Requirements

• Minimum BA/Bsc in ICT, Marketing/Research/Business
• Minimum 3 years experience working with local research companies
• You must be a people person
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written, oral, and presentation abilities
