Food and Beverage Manager

Reporting to: HR And Admin Manager
Location: Khartoum- Sudan
Salary: KShs 400,000 – 600,000
Our
client is an investment company with a hotel based in Khartoum Sudan looking to
hire a F&B Manager.
The main role of the Food & Beverage
Manager is to co-ordinate the operational requirements of the business in order
to achieve operational budget aspirations
·
Ensure
operations comply with all workplace and financial policies and procedures
·
Review
strategic operational and managerial inputs and outputs regularly
·
Align
operational activities to the strategic objectives of the company as a whole
·
Cost
and Labour Management
·
Liaison
with both internal and external customers (departments)
·
Product
Development and Menu improvement
·
Adherence
to all company policies and procedures as well as all HSE and national work
legislation Operational Efficiency at all
levels of the business
·
Compliance
with all company guidelines, policies and procedures including HSE
·
Efficient
use of departmental resources to achieve staff development, product and service
enhancements and training
Qualifications
·
Degree
or Diploma qualifications in Hospitality, Food and Beverage
·
7
to 10 years experience in the hotel industry
·
Excellent
spoken and written English
·
Good
Knowledge of Arabic
·
Excellent
computer skills
·
Entry
level job skills
