The Afyainfo project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Abt Associates, invites IT companies to submit quotations for the supply of ICT equipment for the establishment of three ICT ecosystems in the health sector: National level HIS service desk; National level production, testing & redundancy environment and County Health Information Network (CHIN), quotations should include the installation, configuration and commissioning ICT equipment to build the ecosystem and End user Training of MOH ICT staff in administration, maintenance and support.

Bidding companies must comply with the following conditions:

Previous experience in supplying IT equipment to NGOs, and Government Ministries.

Known suppliers of genuine IT equipment hardware and software.

Must be a registered legal business entity.
The RFP documents will be available on email; interested vendors should send an email to procurement@afyainfo.org expressing their interest in receiving the RFP document.
Bid proposals and qualification documents should be submitted to the above address not later than January 27, 2014 at 2pm.
The bidding procedures and the award are and will be governed by USAID regulations and Abt Associates Inc. policies and procedures.
