Credit Executives– 2 Positions

Nine One One Group a leading integrated security solutions provider with a presence in all major cities in Kenya and other selected cities in the East African region .

We seeks to recruit (2) Credit Executives to be based in Nairobi

Overall Job Purpose
Reporting to the Credit & Invoicing Controller, the ideal candidate will management key accounts and ensure timely collection of company debts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Timely collection of debts from clients
• Timely dispatch of invoices to clients and collection of all debts as they fall due.
• Maintenance of client’s debtors’ renewal list.
• Debtors Reconciliations.
• Old Debts recovery.
• Management of the assignment registers.
• Ensure all clients credit correspondences, queries and inquiries are acted accurately,promptly and solved in liaison with other departments.

Requirements:-

• A minimum of University degree in a Finance
• Proficiency in a relevant accounting software
• Experience – Minimum 2 years in credit collections
• Good communication and organization skills
• Professional qualification- Certified Credit Professional-CCP/ Diploma in credit management, CPA will be an added advantage
