The County Assembly of Kirinyaga wishes to recruit a
competent and qualified person to fill the post of county Payroll Manager.
He/she will be heading the payroll unit and will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager of the county.
He/she will be heading the payroll unit and will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager of the county.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing
integrated County Assembly payroll management systems
- Developing
monthly payroll systems
- Assisting
in the preparation of the Human Resource Management budgets
- Preparing
and maintaining standard ad hoc reports queries and conducting appropriate
audits to ensure integrity.
- Preparing
and maintaining accurate Human Resource records
- Coordinating
with relevant departments
Requirements for appointment:
- Bachelors
degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or in a
relevant field
- A masters
degree will be an added advantage.
- Relevant
working experience of not less than three (3) years in payroll management.
- At least
CPA part two qualification is highly preferred for this position
- Hands on
experience on payroll packages preferably IPPD or G pay
