Customer Service Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Ÿ   A description of the key responsibilities incumbent in this key post is provided below;
Ÿ   Actively look out for appropriate sponsorship opportunities to promote the PCS brand
Ÿ   Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Ÿ   Assist and direct the team on the production of marketing material and marketing communiqué to reflect the brand
Ÿ   Developing and maintaining marketing strategies and a marketing plan/diary for the year to meet agreed company objectives.
Ÿ   Provide requisite support in the planning of marketing events and corporate functions.
Ÿ   Collates and assembles reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
Ÿ   Research for new markets.
Ÿ   Overall overseer of the proper functionality and proper current updates of all digital media portals i.e. website, social media, newsletters and intranet..
Ÿ   Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and new age product marketing collateral.
Ÿ   Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
Ÿ   Custodian of company e-library by checking and replenishing inventory.
Ÿ   Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Ÿ   Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits.
Ÿ   Critical support to the customer service function.
Ÿ   To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Ÿ   Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Academic, Professional Qualifications and Work Experience
Ÿ   A degree in marketing
Ÿ   CIM or any other marketing related qualification is a strong advantage
Ÿ   Approximately 3 years of experience in the marketing and customer service
