Serviced Apartments Sales & Marketing Person

Salary: Ksh 40,000-50,000 retainer

Our client is a leading real estate company looking for a sales and marketing Executive for their Serviced apartments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather real estate market intelligence
• Learn the current Real estate industry trends, styles and building designs
• Study the market to come up with competitive and pricing
• Planning & executing the sales and marketing function
• Acquiring Short term to long term tenants for the serviced apartments
• Excellent sales and marketing of the serviced apartments
• Handling apartment viewing by potential clients

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business (marketing), Real Estate, or relevant fields is an added advantage
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in real estate
• Experience in selling serviced apartments highly preferred
• Aged between  22-35
