Healthcare Marketing Officer
Job

Reporting
to the Manager, Healthcare Scheme & Insurance, the role holder will be
responsible for Development of appropriate Healthcare Insurance Solutions (Both
Insured and Self-Funded) and growing the medical insurance revenues to support
the overall Bancassurance business growth objectives.

Participate in the research and development
of new healthcare insurance products and implementation of medical insurance
programs
·
Leverage marketing initiatives
undertaken across the branches to drive medical insurance business growth
·
Prepare and share regular medical
insurance sales reports with Branches & Bancassurance management team
·
Champion medical insurance training
across the sales teams working closely with the Sales and Marketing
manager to enhance internal knowledge and increase sales
·
Participate in regional meetings
share ideas and contribute towards the growth of medical insurance revenues
·
Leverage the existing client data
base through use of data mining to develop a healthy prospect list and
effective cross-selling of medical insurance products
·
Maintain close relationships with clients
through regular customer/ group visits to understand customers’ healthcare
financing needs, identify new opportunities and develop relevant healthcare
insurance solutions
·
Work closely with Bancassurance
officers and relationship teams to enhance cross-selling and drive revenue
growth
·
Promote the Bank’s brand and image
through excellent customer service
Positions’
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
·
Professional Qualification of AIIK
Diploma or CII and/or
·
A university degree specializing in
Insurance or business management
·
At least 3 years’ experience in the
marketing of Medical insurance/ Healthcare Insurance Solutions in the insurance
industry
·
Proven Track record of achieving
medical insurance sales targets
·
Very good understanding of medical
insurance products
·
Team player with strong
interpersonal and persuasive skills
·
Good planning and organization
skills with the ability to deliver effectively within strict deadlines
·
Excellent communication and customer
service skills
·
Strong presentation and negotiation
capabilities
·
Proficient in the use of Microsoft
office software
·
Accuracy and attention to detail
·
Must have passion for great results
and a strong sense of self-initiative
·
Ability to work independently and
offer effective solutions
·
Ability to build strong working
relationships with a wide variety of internal and external partners
·
Ability to treat all client
information with utmost confidentiality
