Kenya Bixa Limited is expanding and wishes to fill the following vacancy:

Team Leader – Production (Food Colors)

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will ensure the production processes in a shift are performed as per the set procedures in Order to meet the production set targets.
• Ensure the Business plan is achieved with a focus on capacity planning, manufacturing capability improvements and driving performance alongside set KPIs, Good Manufacturing practices(GMP) and ISO 9000 and 22000 standards.Required: Degree in Food Technology or Engineering (industrial / Mechanical/ chemical), or Higher National Diploma with 3 years hands on experience in the relevant field.Sales Technical Officer (Fortified Fertilizer)he Ideal candidate will be reporting to the Business Manager Fertilizer.

Main responsibility is to ensure increased market activation in collaboration with small and Large scale farmers, Agricultural institution, County Government to drive the brand to meet the company objectives in line with the strategic plan.Required: Degree in Marketing or Business Management with 2 years experience in the same capacity.
