Customer Service Representative
The position is part of the sales team and
supports the Customer Service Manager, in reaching sales targets.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
s Minimum
of a Diploma in IT/Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent from a recognized
institution.
s Excellent
computer and internet skills, especially MS Office
s Professional
and demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
s Demonstrated
ability to effectively resolve customer issues/complaints.
s Team
player, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities
s
Maintain, develop,
customer relationships to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction
s
Manage the order handling
process, leads, opportunities and enquiries follow-up
s
Debt collection and adhere
to credit time targets
s
Identify new customers
