Insurance Marketing Manager / Principle Officer

Multiple covers is a new Insurance Brokerage firms in Kenya dealing with a wide range of General Insurance services as well as Life Insurance.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Marketing Manager / Principle Officer

The jobholders will be responsible for Identifying and managing marketing opportunities, Monitoring and analyzing market trends, exploring ways of improving status quo as well as identifying markets and developing strategies to communicate.

The suitable candidate will also be expected to Build an in-depth understanding of client business needs and manage the Marketing process to successful conclusion, for the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

He/she will be expected to establish and develop long term customer value as well as lead and manage a team.

Job Requirements

s   Candidates should; be holders of Business related Degree or equivalent, must have a

s   CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY from the College of Insurance and over 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry.

s   One should have a wide knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts;
be interested in what motivates people,

s   have ability to work within a given budget;

s   excellent communicator;

s   persuasive and diplomatic;

s   Creative thinker and ability to work under pressure.

s   Having worked in an Insurance brokerage firm, will be an added advantage.
