Our client a Prominent Law Firm based in Nairobi managing
international clientele is seeking for a Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- The
successful candidate’s main role will be to introduce improvement in the
firms.
- Work with
the managing partners of members to understand issues they have.
- Make
necessary hires and monitor the effectiveness of change.
Qualifications:
- At least 5
years experience as part of the management team of a law firm.
- An earlier
career with significant and successful experience of operational issues in
a commercial organization.
- An
analytical mind capable of attending to the nabbing of issues.
- An ability
to come up with creative solutions and put them into effect.
- Excellent
written and spoken English, French and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Experience
in implementing change.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.700, 000 – 800,000/= (Approx.
8,200 – 9,400 USD) depending on experience
