Receptionist
A Tertiary College is looking for a qualified and competent individual aged between 27 – 35 years for the position of Receptionist.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a Diploma or Higher in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or any other equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
Duties:
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Respond to public inquiries.
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • 3 years experience as a front office/Receptionist.
