Research, Valuation And
Site Acquisition Manager (Re – Advertisement)
Reporting to the Director – Marketing and Sales, the position is responsible for conducting market research in the property development industry and managing all property valuation related tasks. The incumbent will also handle the whole process of site acquisition to ensure that it is within the company standards and set budgets.

The incumbent will also handle the whole process of site acquisition to ensure that it is within the company standards and set budgets.
Principal Accountabilities
- Conducting market research in the region’s property
development industry and reporting on the same
- Researching and obtaining information regarding all
applicable planning and regulations affecting development of a sites
- Managing properties/real estate valuations advisory
services to deliver qualified valuation to developers, builders and other
related stakeholders
- Reporting on valuations to management and clients
making sure it is accurate and presented within the agreed timelines
- Responding to valuation requests from the company and
clients
- Performing all aspects of site acquisition process from
site identification, qualification to completion
- Negotiation of lease and licenses with property owners
Key Qualifications and
Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics or Real Estate
- A minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in a
reputable organization
- Proactive and adaptable skills
