Acorn Group – a leading Property Development Company with interests in commercial, office, retail and residential development is looking for a highly ambitious candidate to fill this position in their main office in Nairobi:

Project Finance Executive (Re – Advertisement)
Reporting to the Manager – Project Finance, the position is responsible for assisting in the updating and tracking of project financial models with financial information regarding to all aspects of a project for determination of the current and projected financial position. This position also involves administrative and organizational support to the Manager – Project Finance.

Principal Accountabilities

• Updating and tracking all project budgets and project cash flow forecasts
• Assisting in the compilation of applications and documentation for submission to investors/financiers for project structured and debt funding
• Checking that all project payments adhere to budgetary provisions and that all documentation is in place
• Monitoring of loan disbursements and servicing
• Liaising with finance division and project financiers for preparation of payment and ensuring that proper records of payments are maintained
• Maintaining all filling documentation relating to the division in accordance with the established procedures

Key Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a Property Development company
• Proactive and adaptable skills
• CPA/ACCA qualifications will be an added advantage
