Role of this person will be to manage service to John Deere products (tractors, implements, spares) into territory of Kenya

Company profile: Our client is has distribution rights for John Deere Tractors in Kenya.

Department: John Deere Sales, Auto & Allied Distribution Vertical – Based out of Kenya

Level/ Band: L4

Key Responsibilities:

Offer prompt after sales service response

Offer technical advice to customers on service related issues.
Desired Profile:

Experience in servicing of Tractors and allied products

Hands on experience in dealing with farmers.

Should have worked in Tractor dealership

Educational Qualifications:
Essential: Technical Diploma / Degree
Preferred: Work experience in servicing of Tractors
Relevant years of Experience: 2 to 6 years
Competencies:

Domain knowledge – technical acumen

Mobility / travelling – Willing to travel

Good interpersonal skills
Reports To: Service manager – Agricultural Equipment Industry Preference: Tractor Distribution company / Tractor service providers/ Vehicle service
Location/Budget: Kenya
Age Limit: 30-32 years
