Nutrition Officer Jobs in Kenya

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics

At least 3 years experience working in complex, multifaceted, health and nutrition program.

Knowledge of national and international minimum standards in health program service delivery, including MOH, SPHERE, WHO

Proven capacity in health systems strengthening.

Proven experience in working with communities with diverse cultural practices and low literacy levels.

Computer literacy with possible advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and relevant health software skills
Required Experience & Competencies:

Addition nutrition training in IMAM and MIYCN is A MUST.

Demonstrated experience in working with MOH

Experience in working with NGOs

Previous experience in Arid and Semi Arid Lands of Kenya

Previous experience in nutrition surveys and added advantage

Previous experience working in insecure contexts

Strong background in humanitarian projects
