The Position: The position holder will be reporting to the Principal Consultant, Consulting Division.

They will be responsible for:
s Preparing client briefs defining recruitment
requirements
s Identifying ideal candidates to fill client
vacancies through a rigorous search, interview and selection process
s Employing staff on behalf of clients including
contracting, payroll management and HR administration
s Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time
consultants;
s Compilation of market intelligence reports
s Preparing marketing documentation including
Expression of Interest
s documents and Client Proposals;
s Coordinating tasks undertaken with the associate
recruitment consultants;
s Supporting the HR consulting team as and when
required;
s
The Ideal candidate
should:
s
Hold
a University Degree in a business related field with an emphasis in HR
s
Have
at least 3 years work experience with recruitment and payroll management
experience;
s
Demonstrate
strong interpersonal and project management skills
s
Be
proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
s
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills;
s
Human
Resource certification will be an added advantage
