Territory marketing executive

Our client, a manufacturing company in the FMCG sector is looking for competent and qualified personnel to fill the Senior Sales Position

Job Duties and Responsibilities

s  To meet set targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

s  Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on time

s  Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.

s  Identify the marketing needs of the region.

s  Responsible for opening new markets in the designated territories.

s  Prepare strategies and action plans to realize growth of the market.

s  Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made

s  Identify sales prospects and contact these and current accounts as signed.

s  Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.

s  To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.

s  Manage account services through quality checks and other follow up.

s  Ability to work anywhere in the republic of Kenya

s  A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

s  Able to meet stringent deadlines and can work under minimum supervision

s  Identify and resolve client concerns.

Qualifications

s  Should be a holder of B.Com (marketing option) from a recognized University.

s  Should be  at least 28 years old

s  Should have at least 4 years’ experience in an FMCG environment

s  A good conduct certificate

s  Valid BCE driving license

s  Computer literate in Ms Office and internet
