Our client is a premiere hospitality and real estate solutions provider building a high end 5 star residential resort. They are seeking to hire an industry survy Sales Team Leader for the Sales & BD department

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the sales function
• Marketing and PR activities for the resort
• Leading a sophisticated & professional sales team
• Ensuring revenue growth for the company
• Managing sales targets and ensuring they are met
• Constant communication with management

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Professional qualifications are preferred
• At least four (3) years experience in the hospitality / real-estate indusrty
• Supervisory experience
• Previous knowledge selling real estate, accommodation or bookings
• Computer literate
• Excellent management & communication skills
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent levels of customer service
