Impact Research and Development Organization is a registered Kenyan
Non-Governmental Organization with a main office in Kisumu and regional offices
in Kisumu, Homabay, Migori, Busia, West Pokot, Uasin Gishu, Siaya and Turkana
Counties of Kenya.
Its principal mandate is to
design, implement and evaluate HIV/AIDS research and intervention programs that
improve the health status of individuals and local communities.
We are looking for
qualified and experienced personnel to fill in various positions in a voluntary
medical male circumcision (VMMC) demand creation Study.
The study is a
cluster-randomized controlled trial whose object is to better understand what
would make more men aged 25 years and above to go for VMMC services.
The study will be conducted
in Siaya, Kisumu, Homabay and Migori Counties in Nyanza province.

Key Responsibilities and
Duties
- Enter field data into the database and submit to the
Data Assistant..
- Type up handwritten transcripts.
- Maintain the hard and soft copies of data confidential
Minimum Qualification and
Competencies
- Diploma in Data Management or Information Technology.
- 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work with the internet and e-mail, sound
knowledge of MSWord, Excel, SPSS and Access.
