Head Cashier/ Operations Officer

Our Kenyan client, an up and coming micro finance institution in Dagoretti Area Nairobi, is seeking to hire for the following positions.

Residents of Dagoretti who qualify are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle a supervisory role over the cashiering team
• Handle all operations in the cashiering department
• Ensure all cash and cheques transacted are posted and balanced.
• Continuous checking of both front end and back end operations
• Coming up with a top notch cashiering team
• Ensure best service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking
• Professional qualifications in banking and/or accounting
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking preferably in similar capacity
• Excellent accounting & banking software skills
