Our Kenyan client, an up and coming micro finance institution in Dagoretti Area Nairobi, is seeking to hire for the following positions.

Residents of Dagoretti who qualify are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for running operations and day to day business of the Microfinance branch
• To effectively manage the staff and functions of the Branch
• Ensuring that a professional and excellent customer & client service is provided
• Lead business growth and development at the branch
• Ensure overall company policy and objectives are adhered to
• Ensure Central bank regulatory requirements are observed at the branch
• Building and developing a high performance team at the branch

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business/ Banking/ Cooperatives
• Masters degree is an added advantage
• Professional qualifications are highly preferred
• Five (5) years experience in banking/DTM/ SACCO
• Management experience
• Computer literate, banking sales knowledge and reporting skills
