Administration Assistant

Salary: Ksh 35,000
Our
client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking for a mature Administration
Assistant who will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and excellent
office management

Managing
the reception desk and other support duties
·
Answering
of Switchboard and transferring of calls to extensions – Receive, direct and
relay telephone messages to staff
·
Answering
client inquiries about the company and its products and service
·
Managing
office petty cash
·
Receiving
and directing clients to the contact persons
·
Customer
Service
·
Keep
and retrieve files
·
Respond
to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments
·
Keep
and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence
·
Filter
emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments
Job Requirements:
·
A
Minimum of a Diploma in business/office administration
·
Minimum
3 years experience in a similar position
·
Very
Mature and presentable individuals
·
Knowledge
of customer service principles and practices
·
Previous
experience handling high end clients
·
Proficiency
in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, IMIS
·
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
·
Excellent
command of English & Kiswahili
