A company in Nairobi is looking for
a Receptionist.
Preferably a lady, she will provide
front office services and assistance to ensure excellent customer service and
smooth running of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Welcome visitors and clients
·
Receive telephone calls and emails
and direct them to intended office
·
Respond to customer inquiries on
phone, emails or social networks
·
Keep front office records of
incoming visitors, inquiries, deliveries or outgoing mail
·
Draft office documents as directed
·
Ensure the front office is
presentable and neat at all times
·
Other related office duties as
assigned
Competencies
·
Must have at least 1 year experience
in front office or customer service.
·
Must have telephone skills and
etiquette,
·
Verbal Communication skills with
good English,
·
Computer skills and be good in using
Microsoft Office suite,
·
A good listener, Professionalism,
punctuality and be reliable,
·
Possess Customer service skills,
·
Can organize and prioritize work,
·
Team skills and can handle pressure.
