Administrative
Assistant - Reception
Reporting
to: General Manager
Job
Responsibilities:
·
Receiving
and guiding all visitors to Sketchers.
·
Providing
general information to visitors about Sketchers and where possible about the
network.
·
Respond
to inquiries from the public, answer telephones, route and screen calls and
provide information about the company.
·
Make
appointments and ensure important documents reach the correct individual.
·
Under
the direction of the head of department, assist in the typing of the custom
documents
·
Ensure
that all office equipment are in good working condition and reporting any
breakdown promptly.
·
Any
other duty assigned that may arise
Qualifications:
·
Secretarial/Front
Office qualifications with a minimum of 3 years experience
·
Diploma
in Business Administration would be an added advantage
·
Excellent
computer applications knowledge e.g. MS office
·
Excellent
use of email systems
·
Excellent
computer skills; fluency in English and Kiswahili
·
Outstanding
communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude within the work
environments
