2005, GLE has designed and installed solar energy systems, electricity backup
systems and other energy solutions to private

infrastructure.
The Position
GLE
is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who will manage our
up-stream and down-stream supply chain, as well as assist in general operations
management.
The Activities
Ÿ Manage
all incoming and outgoing logistics
Ÿ Manage
company procurement
Ÿ Manage
and further develop inventory related systems
Ÿ Manage
inventory and stocking strategies
Ÿ Manage
purchasing
Ÿ Ensure
logistics and inventory systems are optimized for economic efficiency
Ÿ Prepare
and manage budgets related to logistics
Ÿ Report
to management on logistics related budgets
Ÿ Assist
with bookkeeping tasks, including acting as cashier on occasion
Ÿ Assist
with management of company operations
Ÿ Ensure
suppliers are paid
Ÿ Office/facility
management
Ÿ Assist
with operations planning and project scheduling
Ÿ Assist
with internal file system upkeep
Ÿ Assist
with development and maintenance of operations related control systems

Qualifications

with customs procedures

Ÿ Professional
communication skills

with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
