Lodwar Chomazone Hotel is inviting applications from interested persons to fill the following exciting vacancies:

Chef
A person should be a professional, quality-oriented and innovative individual.
Ensures that all the Hotel menu is achieved, cooking and quality of the food served.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu of the day,
• Prepared food ordered by the customers,
• Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times,
• Supervise the cooks and all kitchen staff,
• Take daily stock of all kitchen ware and foodstuff,
• Make requisitions for all kitchen requirements,
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• At least Certificate in Food Production and Kitchen operation from a recognized institution,
• At least two years experience in a similar position,
• Understanding of variuos types of menu
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
