Vacancy Announcement – Human Resource Intern

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Human Resource Intern to aid in the day-to-day activities of the firm.  This internship will give the intern valuable, hands on experience, as well as provide the Human Resources team with additional administrative support.

The individual will mainly assist with the search and selection activities such as short listing, reporting writing, reference checking as well as performing other additional duties as required.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a Major in Human Resource Management;
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken);
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Must be proactive and Innovative;
• Attention to detail and a good sense of procedures;
• Able to work to tight deadlines, and deliver accurate, quality work;
• Highly motivated and possess willingness to take on additional duties;
• A great sense of initiative and creativity in carrying out assignments.
